Yoga Lineages and Practices

At HariOm Yoga Ashram, we honor the rich diversity of yoga traditions. Our goal is to help each student explore yoga in a way that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.

Hatha Yoga

Our teachings draw from the classical path of Hatha Yoga. Through this practice, students develop strength, balance, and flexibility in a way that harmonizes the body's energies.

Raja Yoga

For those seeking inner peace and mental clarity, we offer Raja Yoga practices. Known as the "royal path," Raja Yoga focuses on meditation and the cultivation of mindfulness.

Bhakti Yoga

Modern Yoga
